Delivery

UK 1-2 working days £7 per pair
All orders received prior to 13.00pm within the UK will be sent the same day are a flat fee of £7 per pair of L+C London shoes (1- 2 working days) excluding N/Ireland and Scottish Highland and Ireland.

Orders within Northern Ireland Scottish Highland and Islands take 2-3 working days at a flat fee of £14 per pair of L+C London shoes.EU

EU 2-6 working days £17 per pair

European destinations will take 2- 6 working days with a flat fee of £17

ROW 4-7 working days £21 per pair

The rest of the world will take 4 – 7 working days with a fee of £21

All our orders are despatched on a trackable service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address etc when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

If you are not in when the mail service first try to deliver, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the mail service to arrange a redelivery.

Should in case you have not received your delivery after the working days specified above, please contact our online store.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your L+C London shoes you can return them via your local post office for an exchange or full refund as appropriate. Orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery, after which a refund will be made within 7 working days depending on the banking system.

It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole. We would advice trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.

All customers are responsible for payment of returns charge via a local post office and L+C London will reimburse any money incurred by our customers for returns.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability we will contact you via email or telephone if the required item is out of stock.
